Himalya International Ltd. was established in 1979 in Mehsana, Gujarat. Under the leadership of our CEO, Mr. Man Mohan Malik, we have created a remarkable place for ourselves in the market as Manufacturers, Exporters, and Suppliers of various types of Mushrooms and Mushroom Slices. We are an ISO 9001:2000, HACCP, GMP certified company. Our Mushrooms are produced using the agro waste like wheat straw and cottonseed hulls besides recycling all vegetable & processing waste of its processing plants. We majorly export in USA, Canada, and UK. We have a yearly turnover of around 100 Crores. About CEO Mr. Man Mohan Malik, the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Himalaya International was thrust into business at the age of twenty on sudden demise of his Father. Six years of multiple debacles in diverse businesses, Textiles to Bullion, Commodities to trading at stock exchange did not decimate his will to succeed. With just a Penny in his pocket in 1979, he launched Himalya with green field project for Minerals & Chemical manufacturing. Infrastructure We have a well-established infrastructure equipped with the latest technology, spread over an area of 50 Acres which allows us to cultivate 15000 MT of Mushrooms per Annum. With the help of latest techniques and facilities, we are able to preserve these Mushrooms. All the processing plants have state-of-the-art equipment sourced from the world leaders in respective fields. Besides, our Plants are GMP/HACCP certified. Team We have a team of 600 highly qualified professions who know are well versed with the latest techniques to preserve these Mushrooms. The team of competent workers works to cultivate, preserve, and supply these Mushrooms in the various demanded form. Testing Microbiological testing is carried out of all finished products. This testing includes Total Plate Count, E-Coli, Coliform, Staphylococcus, Yeast & Mold, Listeria, and Salmonella. In addition to environmental sampling, personal & equipment swabs and water testing are also carried out. Water testing includes Water hardness, Chlorination & Residual chlorine content & also testing of packing material.
